From arriving to the office and going into the exam room, the assistant and endodontist were kind, and professional. The doctor showed me the X-rays and explained everything. He kept on checking to make sure I was ok during the procedure. Not my favorite procedure - or anything dental! But they make it a great experience.

Brought my son in for a cleaning and check up. The hygienist was very sweet. The dentist was RUDE. He walked in, didn’t say hello or introduce himself or even look at me as my child’s mother. He quickly sat down, looked at his teeth for 3 mins said “no cavities. They’re fine” and walked out. If you hate your job that much, then you should have picked a different profession. Only gave 2 stars for the Hygienist. 0 stars for the actual dentist.

I would highly recommend this place for all needs for adults and children. My visit was for my teenager and she was very impressed with the people and their work. They allowed me to be apart of the whole process for her procedure and made us very comfortable and were very accommodating. It’s not easy to find a dental place they makes you feel comfortable. From the front of the office to each individual that assisted the dr. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Also they made sure we understood what was going on and didn’t just have concern with the moment but other things they saw that needed fixing right away. Again full recommendation from myself and my daughter. Thank you Smilebuilderz!

My first appointment with Smilebuilderz after a biking accident. What a great experience. Front desk staff, quick appointment, easy access online paperwork to expedite the day of my appointment with a clean state of the art office and dental equipment. The nurse was very thorough, funny, informative and attentive. The doctor was great, did a complete exam explaining her professional impression of how I was healing and potential outcomes going forward. This will now be my new general dentist provider. I would definitely recommend Smilebuilderz. Thank you again for a great experience.

I had a very easy experience starting with scheduling; my appointments were scheduled, all the representatives were knowledgeable, kind and took the time to answer all the questions I had. The day of my dental surgery to extract all my teeth, I was very nervous and in a lot of pain due to my broken and abscessed teeth, the assistants were all so efficient and quick setting everything up for the dental surgeon, Christopher Smith. All of the assistants were knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions and prepping me for surgery. I felt relaxed and safe. I mediated and before I knew it, I was awake and told my surgery was done. They all awesome and helped me feel safe and secure about my dental surgery. I want to shout out the very knowledgeable staff that checked me in, I was anxious because of running pate due to a big accident on my route to the Lancaster office, I replied to a text I got previously from the demta augers staff to let them know I was running late. I was so worried that I would have to reschedule and I just wanted the procedure done to alleviate daily pain. I didn’t even know if the office could get texts from patients.
